Meet IWCC’s Management Team
Tim’s management philosophy has always been to surround himself with a leadership team focused on the relationships with our clients. To that end, please meet the members of IWCC’s client-centric management team.
Judy is the driving force behind two critical IWCC elements: our 25 core workshops and our 29 professional trainers. Judy’s time is spent developing and supporting the best trainers across North America, while managing the ongoing development and customization of our workshops and coaching services. With this approach, Judy enables our clients to gain control of their writing, presenting and meeting skills so they consistently get the results they want from their business communications.
Lisa Duffy, Director of Client Services & Operations
Lisa leads the Client Services & Operations team who make working with IWCC a smooth and enjoyable experience. Using the most sophisticated systems for the production and distribution of participant material, they ensure that everything that must happen before and after a workshop is in place and of the highest quality.
Jean is the founder of IWCC Training in Communications. In addition to her innovative contributions to the development of our world class workshops, Jean has the critically important role of managing some of IWCC’s largest and longest standing clients across Canada and the USA.
