Our Licensing Option

When you enter into a licensing agreement with IWCC, you enter into a 3-year partnership to deliver IWCC programs in-house to your employees.  Your own trainers are trained and certified by IWCC to deliver one or more of our workshops.

Licensing is a good investment when:

• You are planning to train 100 or more people a year
• Your trainers have good presentation skills, a passion for the topic, and the ability to work with adult learners in a consultative way.

Trainer Certification

Our training partnership starts off with an in-house Demonstration Workshop. By attending this workshop as participants, your trainers will gain firsthand exposure to the materials and the concepts that they will be delivering in the workshop.

Immediately following the Demonstration Workshop, your trainers will receive a Workshop Leader Guide and a set of self-study materials to help them prepare for their Workshop Leader Certification session.

Next, your trainers will attend a Workshop Leader Certification session conducted by IWCC.  They will learn about the design of the workshop, the learning technology and the concepts that underpin IWCC’s approach to training.  They will also have the opportunity to practice their delivery techniques in a simulated workshop situation.

After this training, your trainers will be equipped to deliver the licensed program in-house.  An IWCC consultant may be on hand for their initial solo delivery to help with any questions and provide further coaching.  Once your trainers have delivered a successful solo workshop, they will receive Certification from IWCC.

Participant Material

Depending on the licensing option you choose, you will have the right either to purchase workshop materials directly from IWCC or to reproduce our material in-house for the programs acquired under license.
